- You can return any item within 15 days of receiving it.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags, labels and packaging intact.
- Items that are non‑returnable: intimate wear, swimwear, custom‑made pieces, sale or clearance items, and any item marked “final sale” on the product page.
- If you are returning a defective or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, you will pay the return postage.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- To start a return, simply log in to your account, go to “Orders”, select the item, and click “Return / Refund”. Follow the on‑screen instructions to print the prepaid return label (if applicable) and drop the package at the nearest post office or courier hub.
